The government today decided that certain lands belonging to the municipalities and individuals in the communities of Kajaran, Artzvanik, Sevaqar, Atchanan, Dzapni amd Syunik were in the "public domain" and would revert to the Zangezour Copper-Molybdenum Combine.

The decision sates that the lands are needed to expand the mining operations of the Kajaran-based plant.

It a related decision, the government also declared privately held lands near the Meghradzor Gold Mine to also be in the "public domain" and transferred the parcels to Paramount Gold Mining, Ltd.
