
Mark Grigoryan Appointed Executive Director of Armenian Public Radio
Armenia’s Public Radio and TV Council today appointed Mark Grigoryan as the new executive director of Public Radio of Armenia.
A PhD candidate in linguistics, Grigoryan moved to London after a 2002 assassination attempt on his life.
While in London, Grigoryan worked for the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) and the BBC.
He returned to Armenia in 2014, working for the PanArmenian Media Group.
Grigoryan had been serving as an advisor to the director of Public Radio of Armenia.
