Artsakh Refutes Azerbaijani Captive Soldier Claim

Artsakh’s defense ministry has refuted a claim made today by Azerbaijan that its forces quashed an attempted Armenian incursion and took one Artsakh soldier prisoner.

The ministry, in a statement, says that its forces never carried out such a maneuver.
