Free school textbooks will be distributed to students attending schools in many border communities throughout the provinces of Tavoush, Gegharkouniq, Vayots Dzor and Ararat this September.

The free textbook policy, according to a Ministry of Education press release, was ordered by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
