Police Arrest One Person In Tufenkian Hotel Shoot-Out

Rafik Khachatryan (1957), one of the three people accused of the shoot-out near the Tufenkian Hotel in Yerevan on September 14, was arrested today in Armenia’s Kotayk Province, this according to the RA Police.

Police are still searching for the other suspects - Albert Blbulyan (1982) and Armen Karadavidov (1984).
