Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs in New York on September 22 and discussed what necessary steps must be taken to peacefully resolve the Karabakh Conflict.

Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office on the conflict dealt with by the OSCE Minsk Conference, was also present at the meeting.

The foreign ministry reports that Nalbandian also congratulated the new U.S. Minsk Group Co-Chair, Andrew Schofer, on being appointed to the post in August.

The parties also raised issues related to today's scheduled meeting between the foreign ministers of Armenian and Azerbaijan.
