Armenian Prime Minister Orders New Anti-Corruption Strategy
At a government session today, Armenia's prime minister referred to the outcome of the ongoing anti-corruption strategy, adopted in 2015, and the development of a new strategy.
"Some activities are still in progress, but new measures are needed to develop a new, more ambitious anti-corruption strategy," said Karapetyan, instructing the heads of the executive bodies to complete the development of the necessary legislative packages and elaborate proposals on a new anti-corruption strategy within thirty days, engaging civil society representatives, business people and other interested parties.
