Minister Sacks Etchmiadzin School Director

RA Education Minister Armen Ashotyan has relieved Sousanna Nazaryan from her duties as Director of the Grigor Narekatsi #2 School in Etchmiadzin, effective April 30.

On February 22, Minister Ashotyan officially issued a reprimand against Nazaryan. In the days that followed an on-site inspection of the school uncovered a number of work deficiencies that eventually led to her being sacked.

Hetq had periodically covered on on-going problems at the school.
