President Sargsyan donated a copy of Civilization: The West and the Rest, by British historian Niall Ferguson, to the bookstore.

In return, Bookinist Director Khachik Vardanyan gave Sargsyan a copy of the Armenian translation of Encyclopedia of Knowledge, which it jointly published with a British firm.

Vardanyan then escorted Sargsyan on a tour of the bookstore.
