
Hrayr Tovmasyan Elected President of Armenia's Constitutional Court
By a vote of 64 to 27, Armenia’s National Assembly today elected Hrayr Tovmasyan president of the country's Constitutional Court.
Tovmasyan thanked parliament deputies for placing their trust in him and promised to do his utmost to ensure that “our nation becomes free and happy.”
Hrayr Tovmasyan, a former MP who served as the Armenian Minister of Justice (2010-2013), was elected to Armenia’s Constitutional Court earlier this month.
