Yerevan: Police Detain Writer Aram Pachyan
Hetq has learnt that police have detained novelist Aram Pachyan, who’s been covering the anti-government protests in Yerevan for the Hraparak newspaper.
A Hraparak representative told Hetq that Pachyan wasn’t carrying his press pass and that police detained him assuming he was a protester.
Pachyan is being held at the Kanaker-Zeytoun Police Station.
