As of this moment, all the streets leading to Yerevan’s Republic Square are closed to vehicular traffic due to the thousands of people making their way to the center of town.

They’re marching to the square for a mass rally to support the candidacy of Nikol Pashinyan for prime minister.

The National Assembly is meeting in a special session today for the vote.
