Iranian President Signs Iran-Armenia Arax River Hydro Plant Bill

The Iranian new website Pars Today reports that Iranian President Hasan Rohani has signed an order giving the green light to the construction of a joint Armenian-Iranian hydro-electric plant on the Arax River.

The Iranian parliament approved the plan on April 18.
