Karabakh Talks Scheduled for January 23-24

According to the Russian Regnum newspaper, the next stage of   trilateral talks to settle the Karabakh conflict will take place in Sochi on January 23-24. 

At the Russian seaside resort, Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev will meet with the mediation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
