Armenia’s Special Investigative Service SIS) has named Karen Grigoryan, son of arrested MP Manvel Grigoryan, as a defendant in the embezzlement case in which his father is accused of stealing equipment and supplies destined to Armenian soldiers during the 2016 “Four Day War” in Artsakh.

The SIS claims that Karen and Manvel Grigoryan stole three Russian-made UAZ off-road vehicles, donated by the Armenian community in Russia, instead of handing them over to the Artsakh Defense Army.
