Georgian Public Defender in Armenia; Will Visit Prisons

A delegation headed by Georgian Public Defender Nino Lomjaria is in Armenia on a three-day visit at the invitation of Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan.

The two sides will discuss conditions faced by inmates in the two countries’ correctional facilities.

Lomjaria is scheduled to visit prisons in Armenia and to talk to inmates holding Georgian citizenship.
