Seasonal Workers: Leaving Family Behind

In the villages populated by Armenians in Akhalkalaki region of Georgia, there are seasonal workers in every three households out of five. Some of them, working for many years abroad, create another family there. Sometimes they even leave one of the families.

Hetq journalists spent 10 days in several villages in Akhalkalaki region, visiting families that have been parted as a result of seasonal work. You may find the stories of those families here.
