Studio Hetq: Today’s guest is Vladislav Mangasaryan. On several occasions Hetq has tried to conduct a debate between Lernik Hovhannisyan, legal representative of  diaspora Armenian investor Edmond Khudyan,  and contractor Vladislav Mangasaryan. Khudyan claims that he was swindled out of millions by Mangasaryan and others in Armenia on a construction project in Yerevan. On the past three occasions, the debates quickly turned into shouting matches. We have thus decided to present the parties to the issue separately. Moreover, the subject is so complex that one program was not enough for them to express their views completely.
