Today, Armenia’s Heritage Party, ARF and Prosperous Armenia Party, issued similar letters addressed to the President of the National Assembly and Chairman of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs urging that hearings be held on the issue of holding elections based on the proportional system.
