Posing before the cameras yesterday at the Yerevan office of the Hayastan-All Armenian Fund, Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan handed over a personal check in the amount of AMD 500,000 ($1,032).

The Fund held its 21st Annual Telethon yesterday, and Pashinyan went on the air, urging all Armenians to donate in the name of national unity.

Pashinyan also presented a check of AMD 1 million drawn from the Prime Minister’s Fund.

The Thanksgiving Day telethon raised slightly more than $11 million, most of which is earmarked for ongoing infrastructure projects in Artsakh.
