On January 6, Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Vahagn Atabekyan visited a unit of Armenian UNIFIL (United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) troops stationed in the south of Lebanon to wish them a happy holiday season.

Atabekyan then discussed the state of cooperation between the Armenian peacekeepers and the Italian command structure with Diodato Abagnara, the Brigadier General of UNIFIL’s Western Section.
