Ambassador Lamberto Zannier of Italy has been appointed the new OSCE Secretary General through a unanimous Ministerial Council decision by the 56 participating States, announced the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Audronius Ažubalis, today.
