Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute presents a unique website covering the social, cultural and business life of the Armenian community in Baku now also in Azerbaijani.
“The ability of a witness to give testimony or to co-operate with law enforcement bodies without fear of intimidation is essential to maintaining the rule of law,” said Vladimir Tchountoulov, the Human Rights Programme Officer of the OSCE Office inYerevan. “It is an essential factor for ensuring effective investigation and prosecution of crimes”.

The resolution was adopted in New York on 17 October by consensus. For the first time the resolution has been sponsored by all 193 UN member states, including Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
