Hranoush Hakobyan has been reappointed RA Minister of Diaspora Affairs under the new government headed by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan.

Armenian National Congress (HAK) MP Nikol Pashinyan took the floor during a parliamentary debate today on traffic safety and violations and stated that 11 billion AMD (US$26.5 million) in traffic fines had been issued in the last two years based on violations caught by speed cameras.

Concluding his speech, Abrahamyan used a play on words incorporating the name of the social movement Dem Em (I Am Against) that has been the most vociferous and active opponent of the mandatory pension system.
