Armenia’s Minister of Health Armen Muradyan recommended that a new committee be formed to study a pharmaceutical produced in India called DiaZone MR that is being prescribed to diabetics.
Our approach had been to retrain workers in the system and then appoint them as psychologist in the correctional facilities. But experience has shown that there are some jobs for which retraining doesn’t produce desirable results.
Hartenyan claims he’s been told in private that it’s a question of funding holding up the road work.
