Units of Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) arrested Lori Provincial Court Judge Khachadour Khachadouryan when he was pocketing a US$20,000 bribe from a litigant in a civil case.
At a meeting yesterday with provincial governors, Armenia’s Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan urged them to continue to follow up on foodstuff prices hikes in order to prevent cases of retail abuse.
