On March 30, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian participated in and delivered a statement at the High-level meeting on global responsibility sharing through pathways for admission of Syrian refugees, opened by the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
They will have to abandon ‘community gardens’ they been cultivating for over thirty years to make way for a government plan to build a 10,000 square meter park complete with a swimming pool, fountain, football field and commercial shops.
