Armenia’s Maksim Manukyan was crowned Greco-Roman world wrestling champion today in the 80-kg class at the 2017 Paris World Championship.
Since the beginning of the Armenian-Azerbaijani war in the late 1980s, there seems to be only war and shooting in Berkaber. The name of the village, which means “harvest giver” in Armenian, is nevertheless associated with the war.
Armenian President Sargsyan and Russian President Putin will also discuss regional matters, including the Karabakh conflict, this according to Sargsyan’s press office.
