Today, in Gyumri, Armenia’s second largest city, Barseghyan organized a demonstration to protest past acts of violence committed by Russian soldiers stationed at the base.
Azerbaijani military forces violated the Karabakh ceasefire 170 times last week, firing more than 1,100 rounds of small caliber arms, this according to the Artsakh Ministry of Defense.
