Armenian President Armen Sarkissian, upon the recommendation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has appointed Zohrab Mnatsakanyan as foreign minister.
Grigoryan was first appointed head of the environmental ministry on May 12 of this year, after Nikol Pashinyan came to power as prime minister.
