Aliyev, during a meeting with newly appointed EU representative Peter Michalko, said that Azerbaijan wants to turn the page and improve relations with its neighbor, Armenia, this according to RIA Novosti.
This is up from the 3.4% growth rate it forecasted in April of this year.
