Artsakh Human Rights Defender Gegham Stepanyan today met with OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani who is on a working visit to Armenia.
The Artsakh government has condemned the visit, on April 8, by a delegation of TURKSOY (The International Organization of Turkic Culture) to Shushi.
The second of two Azerbaijani soldiers who entered some twenty kilometers into Armenia on April 10 has been caught, this according to the Armenian Defense Ministry.
Armenia’s territorial integrity must be respected and Azerbaijani forces occupying positions on the Armenian side of the line of contact must withdraw in order to prevent future incidents and preserve the foundations of a lasting peace in the region.
