Emperor Naruhito congratulated Ambassador Simonyan on the assumption of her duties, wishing her success in initiatives aimed at strengthening the cordial relations that exist between Armenia and Japan.
The Armenian highschoolers were led by Hrant Topchyan of the Yerevan Physics Institute and Artashes Mkrtchyan of the Specialized PhysMath School in Yerevan.
The five-year project, drafted by the country’s environment ministry, involves the purchase of fourteen stationary and two mobile monitoring stations providing minimum coverage in Armenia that will meet international standards.
