Friends and family gathered at Yerevan’s Yerablur Military Cemetery today to pay homage to those who died defending Artsakh over the years.
During the period 2020 to 2023, due to military aggression from to Azerbaijan, there have been thousands of Armenian casualties, both military and civilian, most of whom are still missing, and some who are still held captive by Azerbaijan.
The meeting, according to a Catholicosate of Cilicia press release, emphasized the ongoing cooperation between the Holy See of Cilicia and the Vatican, as well as the potential for expanding interreligious and ecumenical relations.
Armenia will send a delegation, headed by Andranik Simonyan (Director of the Armenian National Security Service - NSS) to Azerbaijan to attend the 3rd Baku Security Forum.
