Functioning of the baby’s kidneys has decreased and local physicians, in concert with specialists from Russia, have decided to perform peritoneal dialysis.
Hayk Hakobyan, spokesperson for Armenia’s Chamber of Advocates writes in his Facebook page that a public defender has been appointed for Valery Permyakov, the Russian soldier accused of killing six in Gyumri on Monday.
“We will demand that they hand over the criminal to Armenian law enforcement. Here, on both sides, stand Armenians. The object of our demand isn’t here,” said Ajapahyan.
