The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that it has spotted movements of Azerbaijani military personnel and equipment along the Line of Contact, especially in the east and southeast.

It also reports intensified Azerbaijani gunfire as of this afternoon.

The ministry says it is closely monitoring developments on the border.
