On April 26, the acting Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian met in Moscow with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov to discuss the situation on the Line of Contact between Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Azerbaijan.
