Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan has congratulated Nikol Pashinyan for being elected Armenian prime minister today, hoping that Pashinyan and his new government will do their utmost to strengthen independent Armenian statehood and  the people’s security, to raise the standard of living, and to deepen the trilateral Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora unity.
