Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan left for California today at the invitation of the Armenian Bar Association (ABA).

Beglaryan is scheduled to address the ABA’s 30th annual meeting on the topic of the defense of the rights of Artsakh citizens.

Beglaryan is scheduled to meet with representatives of various Armenian organization and California government judiciary officials.
