Judge Samvel Tadevosyan appears to have a soft spot when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

A judge with the Kentron and Nork-Marash Administratice Court since February 2009, Tadevosyan executed five property transactions in 2011.

He sold his garage for 8.5 million AMD ($21,000) and then purchased two more for 3 million AMD each. Tadevosyan then sold them at the same price.

The judge purchased an apartment for 31.6 million and then flipped it for a hefty 16.4 million profit.

His last transaction was shelling out 30 million for another home.

Judge Tadevosyan declared 67.9 million in revenue for 2011, of which 5.4 million were wages.

He started the year with 22 million in the bank and wound up with 54 million by year’s end.
