Nikol Pashinyan’s attorney, Davit Matevosyan, has informed "Hetq" that yesterday he traveled to Ijevan and picked up the five year residency notice that will allow the jailed editor of "Haykakan Zhamanak" to run in a parliamentary by-election in January. An Administrative Court judge yesterday ordered the Ijevan Police Department’s Division of Passports and Visas to grant such an affidavit to Pashinyan. Mr. Matevosyan said that they will begin the election registration process next week and that they have till November 26 to do so.
