At around noon today, students protesting military deferment cuts to various post-graduate faculties started to march from the campus of Yerevan State University to the Government Building. Student organizers have told Hetq that the police have warned them that they would be forced to use force to break up the march if protestors started to use their bullhorns excessively. The campus is full of top police brass in a show of force.
