Artsakh’s Ministry of Defense has refuted a statement issued by Baku alleging that Azerbaijani forces had destroyed an Armenian command observation post along the Line of Contact.

The ministry says the allegation is the latest salvo in Azerbaijan’s disinformation campaign.
