The RA Appeals Court today rejected the petition of a blind man seeking the overturn of a lower court ruling stating that he was not eligible to take an admission exam to the School of Diplomacy run by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Beglaryan, in his suit, was also demanding 1 AMD in symbolic moral damages from the RA government.
Artak Beglaryan was only six when he lost his eyesight to a mine explosion. It happened in 1995, in Stepanakert.
