Due to the combined operational and investigative work carried out by the RoA Police Department's Investigative Unit, the Kotayk Regional Administration and Prosecutor's Office and employees of the Hrazdan Branch, the person who stabbed Compulsory Court Enforcement employee Hayk Babajanyan in the town of Hrazdan on January 21 has been identified as Armen Zakaryan.
