Compulsory Enforcement Service Fails to Deliver Information by Deadline

The Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts (CES) has yet to hand over relevant documents to the "Victims of State Interests" NGO as required by a previous court decision. The documents, regarding construction permits for Northern Avenue buildings, were supposedly handed over to the CES by the Yerevan Municipality according to a statement made by the municipality’s public affairs office to "Hetq" on September 2. Hayk Ghoukasyan, a senior bailiff with the CES, adopted a decree on August 15 that the Yerevan Municipality must hand over the documents in question to the NGO with a twenty day period. Today is the 21st day, and the informationgiven to the CES by the municipality has yet to be delivered to the NGO.  We should remind readers that the NGO has been requesting such information, regarding construction companies involved in the Northern Avenue project, from the Yerevan Municipality as far back as 2006.
