Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan today proposed merging the Minister of Emergency Situations into the Ministry of Territorial Affairs and to create a new ministry - the Ministry of International Economic Integration and Reforms.

After making the proposal at a cabinet session, the government agreed to draft a bill to this effect that will be introduced to the National Assembly.
