Vayots Dzor Provincial Governor Harutyun Sargsyan and Nelson Tzouloyan, who heads the Health Programs Implementation Office at the Ministry of Health, visited the community of Shatin where construction on a new out-patient health clinic began last month.

The officials went to evaluate work at the construction site.

The clinic, scheduled for completion this December, is being built as part of a loan project jointly financed by the Armenian government and the World Bank.
