The number of fatalities due to the November 3 bus crash in Russia has risen to nine with the death of an injured passenger being treated at a hospital in Uzlovya died earlier today.

The bus carrying passengers from Moscow to Yerevan lost control   and flipped over near the town of Uzlovya, in the Russian Tula Oblast.
