As per yesterday’s signing of a ‘political cooperation’ agreement between the ruling Republican Party and the ARF, Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Affairs has been reorganized into two separate ministries – the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development, and the Ministry of Emergency Affairs.

Pursuant to the reorganization Armen Yeritsyan has been relieved of his duties as Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Affairs and appointed to the new Ministry of Emergency Affairs.

ARF Bureau member Davit Lokyan has been appointed Minister of Territorial Administration and Development.
